- How quickly do you reply?
- We respond to serious inquiries within two business days, usually from the same email address you wrote to.
- Do you take small projects?
- Sometimes. If a project is well-defined and a good fit for a small team, we'll say so and propose a scope.
- Can we sign an NDA before sharing details?
- Yes. Mention it in your first message and we'll send a mutual NDA before the technical conversation.
- What information should the first email include?
- A short description of the problem, any timeline constraints, and where you are today. That's enough for a first reply.
